At Sle' By She' Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute you enter our doors to the moment you leave our incomparable Hair Studio. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.


The purpose of a deposit is to secure a day and time of your choice for the service you choose. This will help me to also ensure that you will show up for your appointment. If there is a time where you either show up past 15 minutes late, your hair doesn't meet length requirements, is not thoroughly cleaned and free from any products, etc., then please understand that you forfeit your deposit and if you choose to rebook another appointment, another deposit will be required. I want to ensure that I am super respectful of your time and vice versa. It is super important to read my policy before booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Feel free to message me for any clarity needed.

Cancellations/ Reschedules:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me directly of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If notified last minute or if I'm not notified of your cancellation at all, you will forfeit your deposit.

Late arrivals:
In order to respect the time of both myself and clients after you, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. I do allow a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, it's a dollar per minute, (e.g., starting at $11, than $12, and so on so forth.) Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be canceled, will forfeit their deposit and if you choose to book again, you would have to do so with a different deposit for a different day.

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments will result in you being banned from booking ANY future services with Sle' By She' Beauty, LLC.

Service Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections if there is a fault on our side. After that 24 hours has passed, I will assume that you are pleased with your service and will not be able to make any corrections therefore after.


As stated on my booking site, before scheduling an appointment at or after 3pm on the weekends, please verify with me first. For weekdays, appointments looking to be scheduled after 12pm ,would need to verified with me as well. Depending on the style, it could be a late start or there may already be another appointment already scheduled before you. If an appointment is scheduled without notification, I will attempt to reach out to you for rescheduling and/ or the appointment will be canceled. Late policy does not apply to appointments after 3 or noon. You must be on time.

Health History:
For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

Pictures/ Videos: When you complete your booking on the website, you are agreeing to have your picture/ video, taken after service and to be posted on social media and/ or the internet in general. No exceptions

Right to Refuse Service:
I, Sle' By She' Beauty, LLC, has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, being disrespectful, intoxicated, under the influence or for any reason at all and if the clients or my state of health may influence the effects of the service or any persons providing the service.

Extra Guest/ Children:
During the time of your service, I ask that you
do not bring any extra guest to your appointment. Because of space and COVID-19 concerns, children are not allowed unless being serviced. Parents, if you do choose to stick around during your child's appointment, I ask that you wait in the hallway for the duration of the service. If these rules are not followed, I have the right to cancel your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit.
